Analytics privacy choices
Choose optional website analytics
Regivion uses first-party analytics to understand website visits, page popularity and campaign performance. Analytics is optional. Declining or withdrawing consent does not affect registration, sign-in, your subscription or other features.
Your current choice: No valid saved choice. Optional website analytics is off.
You can return here using Analytics privacy choices in the page footer. Withdrawing removes the analytics visitor cookie and stops future optional website analytics. It does not undo processing already performed; retained events expire within 30 days. Clearing browser cookies also removes your saved choice.
What is measured after you accept
Eligible document navigations are measured on our server, without an analytics script or beacon. We record the page category, time of the visit, referring website or direct/unknown source, permitted campaign labels, approximate country if locally available, broad device/browser category, likely-human/bot/unknown classification, and whether the visit was anonymous, signed in or administrative.
A signed, random visitor identifier lasts at most 24 hours without extending its original expiry. A session ends after 30 minutes of inactivity. These are estimates of browsers and visits, not a count of identified people. Cookie expiry, rejection, blocking, shared devices and automated traffic affect the results. We do not use browser fingerprinting or follow you across other websites.
Analytics stores no email addresses, account identifiers, raw IP addresses, raw browser user-agent strings, passwords, MFA codes, cookies, authorization headers or activation tokens. URLs are reduced to page categories; query strings are not retained. Referrers are reduced to the referring website. Only operator-approved campaign labels are retained. Other query values are discarded. A signed five-minute landing field carries only approved source labels and the referring website through your consent form; after acceptance an optional five-minute cookie transfers those categories to the next page navigation and is then removed. No landing event is stored before acceptance. IP addresses are not sent to an external geolocation service; country is shown as unknown when a suitable local lookup is unavailable.
Sign-in, account-security, activation, billing, administrative and analytics pages are excluded from website measurement, as are APIs, health checks, static assets, prefetches and background requests. Agent API requests are counted separately as unpersonalized operational daily totals and are not website visitors.
Access, storage and retention
Only active Owner/Admin accounts with completed two-factor authentication can view the private dashboard. Traffic events are pseudonymous; they are not claimed to be anonymous personal data. Account and verified-subscription statistics are separate read-only reports from the application database. They do not depend on your analytics choice and are not joined to individual visitor records.
Analytics events expire from reporting after 30 days; operational totals cover 30 Madrid calendar days. Expired records are physically deleted on the next hourly cleanup, normally within one additional hour. An independent hourly housekeeping task removes expired records, including when nobody visits; analytics writes also check retention. Expired records are excluded from reports immediately. Analytics storage is capped at 16 MiB and collection pauses when storage is unavailable or free disk space is low. Earlier loss of events can occur at these limits. Analytics failures do not prevent use of the website.
Security and hosting logs are separate from optional analytics and may process connection details for security and operation. See the Privacy Policy for account retention, hosting, your rights and the remaining owner review items. No advertising service receives analytics events.
Consent and questions
Optional website analytics relies on your consent. The preference cookie remembers the choice you request for up to 180 days; the analytics visitor cookie is set only after acceptance. First-party or cookie-free measurement is not assumed to be exempt from consent requirements. This choice is independent of acceptance of the service terms or privacy policy.
